BellMark Partners, LLC (“BellMark”) is pleased to announce that it advised Sprout Foods, Inc. (“Sprout”) in obtaining senior debt financing through LSQ Funding Group, a leading independent finance company located in Maitland, Florida.

Sprout, headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of organic baby food that includes healthy fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins designed by chef and The Food Network television host Tyler Florence. Offered in eco-friendly, BPA free pouches, Sprout’s gourmet baby food consists of more than 25 unique flavor and ingredient combinations organized across several stages of a baby’s development. Sprout currently markets its diverse product portfolio through retail, grocery, and mass market channels.
