CPI based in Marlborough, MA designs, manufactures, and distributes high performance, highly engineered permanent magnet (“PM”) motors, generators, and drive systems to meet the requirements of demanding energy and power applications worldwide. Serving Fortune 500 and leading customers on a worldwide basis, the Company uses patented coil-winding techniques, special materials, and proprietary motor and drive designs developed over fourteen years of advanced PM energy systems production.

Transaction Description

BellMark Partners LLC acted as the financial advisor to CPI in connection with the Transaction. BellMark was selected by CPI due to its relationship orientation and senior-level attention to transaction execution.
