BellMark Partners, LLC (“BellMark”) advised Anthony’s, Inc. (“Anthony’s” or the “Company”) on its recapitalization by Hayden Creek Capital and Chatham Capital. Based in San Francisco, CA, and Atlanta, GA, respectively, both Hayden Creek and Chatham target investments in consumer-oriented and retail companies in the lower middle market. The Anthony family will remain shareholders and continue their involvement in day-to-day management and operations.

For over 130 years, the Company has been a family-run business, offering a wide selection of merchandise, including jackets, jeans, swimwear, and activewear across twelve departments. Anthony’s features popular apparel brands alongside its own Company-branded merchandise. The Company is known for its loyal customer base and serves as a trusted destination for casual and lifestyle apparel in Florida.

Transaction Description

BellMark acted as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor in connection with this recapitalization. BellMark was selected by the Company due to its consumer retail and eCommerce expertise, existing relationship with the client, and its senior-level attention to transaction execution.
