David has over 25 years of mergers and acquisitions experience having executed a wide variety of M&A and corporate finance transactions for privately held family and entrepreneurially owned businesses, private equity firms, and corporations throughout his 25+ years in investment banking. David has worked with companies across the full spectrum of plastics manufacturing including companies serving the medical, packaging, automotive and general industrial markets.
Prior to joining BellMark, David was a Managing Director in the investment banking group at Stout where he originated and executed investment banking transactions, primarily within the plastics industry. Prior to Stout, David worked in the mergers & acquisitions group at Salomon Smith Barney where he participated in merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions across numerous industries. David received a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Humboldt State University and an M.B.A. from the School of Management at Yale University.
