Jason Anderson is a Director at BellMark Partners, LLC and is primarily responsible for originating and executing investment banking assignments for the firm. With nearly 20 years of investment banking and institutional investment advisory experience, Jason has completed transactions and developed expertise across diverse industries including industrials, business services, building products and consumer sectors. Jason is experienced in advising family-owned and private equity-backed businesses in mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures, and capital raising transactions.
Prior to joining BellMark, Jason served as a Director with Citizens Capital Markets, where he advised private and public companies in sell-side and buy-side transactions. Prior to Citizens, Jason held roles advising institutional investors as an equity analyst with Stifel Financial and roles in FP&A and Audit at PNC.
Jason is a CFA charterholder, holds an MBA degree in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Bowling Green State University. Jason is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and CFA Institute, Cleveland CFA Society. Jason lives in Avon Lake, OH with his wife and three children.
